What is Invisalign®?
Invisalign® is a series of patented aligners that work to gradually straighten your teeth using clear, removable aligners. Invisalign® technology is suitable for both adults and teenagers who wish to achieve a straighter, more aesthetic smile.
How does Invisalign work?
The first step in Invisalign® treatment is determining if you are a candidate.
Once we have determined that you are indeed a candidate for Invisalign® treatment, your dentist will take an impression of your upper and lower jaw in order to create a series of aligners that fit your unique mouth shape and that will be used to help straighten your smile.
Each aligner will be worn for a series of time (approx. 2 weeks) before moving onto the next aligner series.
